Do you make all of the items you sell yourself?

Yes, all of the items I sell are handmade solely by me.

Do you accept large quantity orders?

All of my items are handmade to order. If you are looking to place an order for 10 items or more please contact me first. For full details please see my terms & conditons section. Please note: I do not accept drop-ship/third party transactions. Any orders I deem to be for either of these or similar reasons will be cancelled.

How do I shop on your website?

Browse through the categories & click on the ones you like, to read the description details. If you wish to purchase the item just click on the 'add to basket' button provided. When you have finished, there is a basket symbol at the top right of the page, click that, then follow the on screen instructions.

Do you have fitting advice for your girdle belts?

Yes, as well as the information given within each of my belts listing descriptions, I also have a seperate Girdle Belt Fitting Guide here on my website.

How do I pay for my order?

All payments are made through Paypal. It is easy to use, there is no charge for using them & you do not need to have a Paypal account to make a payment.

When will you post my order?

Orders are posted within 3 to 5 working days of cleared payment being received, further details can be found on my shipping page. Postal dates for previously agreed orders of 10 items or more will be agreed prior to the placement & payment of order via email. Please see my terms & conditons section for full details.

Do you take custom orders?

No, sorry to say due to my ever increasing day to day work load of shop orders I am no longer able to take on custom orders.

Can you alter any of your existing pieces?

Small alerations to some of my already existing items, such as the swapping of a charm or different bead colour, may be available. This however will very much depend on spare stock availability. All requests must be received in writing & agreed to prior to the placement of order. Please note: this does not apply to any of my one of a kind (OOAK) or limited edition pieces/lines.

What shipping company do you use?

All orders are posted via Royal Mail. For further details please see my shipping section.

Can I contact you?

Yes, of course! Please click on this contact link or those provided under the 'more info' heading at the top of each page or at the base of each page in the coloured bar. A box will appear where you can add your message & then just click send.

What are your business hours?

My business hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm GMT - I do not work weekends or bank holidays.

Do you offer allergy &/or care & safety advice about your products?

Do you sell any of the components used in your creations, seperately? 

No, as most of my items are handmade to order, one of a kind or limited edition pieces I do not carry enough spare stock to enable me to do this.

Do you sell any of your handmade items elsewhere?

Yes, I also have a shop on Folksy where you will find a variety of my handmade one of a kind pieces as well as a few of my more popular well known items. I also have a smaller outlet on Etsy.

Will you still be shipping to Northern Ireland after the new GPSR comes into effect on the 13th December 2024?

Unfortunately no. Due to these new regulations orders placed from or being sent to a Northern Ireland address are currently not being accepted. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
